For this one I decided it would be fun to test out my matte top coat again, since I've only used it once since getting it. I actually saw a picture of candy heart nails months ago and knew I had to try it come Valentine's day.
From thumb to pink the colors are: Ulta-Tutu Cute, Maybelline-Outloud Lime, LA Girl-Psychedelic, Color Club-An unknown pink creme, Sally Hansen-White On.
For the lettering I just used a dark pink sharpie and then put a coat of the Essie-Matte About You on top.
