Delush Polish Scream Supreme Collection

Hello readers! Tonight I have a whole collection of AWESOME from a new-to-me brand called Delush Polish. Holy moly I can't believe I had never tried this brand before because I'm definitely hooked on it now! Seriously, I've already started making a list of other shades that I need to buy! This Halloween collection is called the Scream Supreme collection and is based on the TV show American Horror Story. I don't watch the show, but I love that all seven of these shades are totally wearable year-round and totally enjoyable for someone like me who doesn't understand the references! ;)

"Freak Show Spectacle" - This rich purple jelly base is filled with almost a rainbow of small matte and metallic hexes! Application was easy, but I did end up using four coats for the coverage you see here plus top coat.

"The Supreme" - This blood red jelly base is filled with similar rainbow metallic hex glitters as well as some slightly larger red metallic hexes. Application was easy with this shade as well and my photos show three coats plus top coat.

"Misty Day" - This olive green jelly base is filled with small gold hexes, pastel pink, pastel blue, purple, and royal blue circles, green holographic hexes, and larger green, blue, and light pink holographic circles. Application was a tiny bit thick mostly because this one has a TON of glitter but nothing bad. These photos show three thin coats plus top coat.

"Murder House" - This black jelly base is filled with red and white micro and medium hexes. There are also a very small number of large red metallic circles. The black base is just right on this one! My photos show three coats plus top coat.

"Rubberman" - This black jelly base is filled with medium royal blue holographic hexes. At first I thought maybe the base was a bit too pigmented, but creator of Delush Polish Adrianna assures me that this look is what she was going for! It's supposed to "mimic the rubber quality of the full rubber suit the creepy character wore." Knowing that, I totally get it! This is four coats plus top coat.

"Bitchcraft" - This black jelly base is filled with small magenta squares, small pastel pink and magenta hexes, medium holographic magenta hexes, and small and large holographic magenta circles. Lots of pink and lots of awesome shapes! These photos show just two coats plus top coat!

"A Night in the Asylum" - This teal jelly base is totally packed with teal holographic hex and circle glitters in a wide variety of sizes. Hands down, this is my favorite shade. OMG. Best part? These photos show just two coats plus top coat.

My thoughts? You may already know it, but I'll say it again... I am a hue fan of glitter bomb jellies. Each one of these shades was exciting for different reasons. I love the use of colors, shapes, and sizes of glitters to make some truly unique combinations. I can definitely see myself re-wearing most of these and even already made some nail polish pendants with a couple shades! In my opinion "A Night in the Asylum" even looks like a better version (because let's be honest, more circle glitter will always make a polish better) of Emily de Molly "Oceanic Forces!"

  1. These are some fantastic colors! Rubberman is gorgeous. And creepy, because I do understand the reference.
