Essie Spring 2015 Collection Nail Art

Happy Friday, loves! Today I have some simple nail art to share with you using a few of the new Spring 2015 Essie shades. This collection actually has six shades, but these three caught my eye. I just knew they would be a good color combination!

I started by applying "Petal Pushers" as my base coat. This slightly purple-toned grey is absolutely lovely alone and is almost a one-coater. I applied a layer of top coat and waited until that was nice and dry. Then I took some V shaped nail stickers and applied those to the center of each finger. On the tips of each nail I applied one coat of "Flowerista" and on the base I applied one coat of "Garden Variety." I peeled off each V sticker with a pair of tweezers, added some top coat, and that's that!

I don't have anything close to "Petal Pushers" in my collection. The purpley-grey is totally unique! Even though I don't wear grey polish hardly ever, this was the shade I was most excited about. As far as other Essies (that I own) go, "I'm Addictd" is lighter and more blue than "Garden Variety" and "Bahama Mama" is darker and more plum-toned than "Flowerista,"

So yeah! I can't really comment on how "Garden Variety" or "Flowerista" perform because I only used a little bit on top of "Petal Pushers." I'll have to give you more of a review once I use them for a full manicure. :) From the use in this nail art it's safe to say that I love these three shades!

As always, thanks for reading!
