Alright lovlies, one quick post before I start all my craziness for the month of December! (These include my Giveaway, 12 Days of Christmas nail art challenge, and 12 Days of Bloggers!)
I started with two coats of Essence "Jacob's Protection" from the Breaking Dawn set. No, I haven't seen the movie, but a few swatches I saw of this polish made it look very pretty! In person, it wasn't as fantastic as I was expecting. The navy base is filled with green, blue, and purple shimmer. I just wish the shimmer particles were bigger! Either way, it's still a pretty polish.
On top of that I added two coats of Finger Paints "Motley" which I'm sure many of you know, is one of the five flakie top coats Finger Paints released last year. (Woah, was it really that long ago?) This one in particular flashes from blue to green with just an occasional hint of purple.
The addition of Motley made this manicure sooo much more shiny and interesting. I love how this polish looks layered over dark colors! Ah, flakies make me so happy.
And lastly, here's a macro shot of it. Sorry it's not the best shot... I just got the coolest little macro lens FOR MY PHONE so I had to test that out.

How did you get a macro lens for your phone??? These swatches are stunning :) I love Motley! I just got Asylum in a blog sale and I fell head over heels and now I want the rest lol
