Not gonna lie, I have a real thing for silver holographic linear and glitter polishes. I have them in all shapes and sizes. This Finger Paints "Santa's Magic" has quickly moved its way into the spot of one of my favorite holo glitters ever, knocking out the very similar (although now gloopy) LA Splash "Baby Octopus."
Here's an unfocused show so you can see just how crazy the sparkle is in this glitter, which is packed with two different sizes of silver holo hexes.
A couple of days later, I wanted a bit of a change but didn't want to get rid of all the holo! I remembered that from my swatches, OPI "You Only Live Twice" seemed to be pretty thin and almost like a shimmer-jelly. I slapped a layer of that on top of the glitter and was left with holographic raspberry colored goodness! And that's my mani!

I actually started with one thin coat of China Glaze "Glistening Snow" and then added two coats of "Santa's Magic" on top. I finished it off with my favorite top coat, Sally Hansen Diamond Flash.
